Household hazardous waste comes in many
forms, including household cleaners, automotive products, paint, batteries,
solvents, and pesticides. Household hazardous waste (HHW) should NOT be disposed
of in the trash, in the gutter or flushed down the toilet. Improper handling of
these products damage our environment and pose a serious threat to public health
and safety.

The materials below are either hazardous or may contain hazardous waste.
Many but not all of them can be disposed of at our household hazardous waste
collection facility or at one of our mobile
collection events. Please select a material to find out more about it
